COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update
Our office hours have temporarily changed due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. We hope to resume evening hours in the New Year. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
We offer Telehealth visits by phone or video for our patients that are COVID-19 positive and for extenuating circumstances. Please contact our office staff to request an appointment and to see if your symptoms are appropriate for a telehealth appointment.
For our patients on medications: please be sure you contact your pharmacy should you need any refills in the next month.

NOTICE FOR PATIENTS OF JULI TOBIN, CRNP
We would like to inform you that after spending 7 years with BuxMont Medical Associates, Juli Tobin, CRNP, has decided to transition to cardiology (heart specialist). We have enjoyed having her as a member of our team for the past many years and we wish her well with the next phase of her career. She will be greatly missed!
Juli's last day with BuxMont will be September 26, 2024. Rest assured that you can continue to receive your primary care with us going forward.
